About the role


Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and updating essential technical documentation within a modern software development environment. Your duties will include technical writing and editing for various types of documentation, utilizing strong writing and analytical skills. You will track and review change control documentation and assist in editing quality documents such as SOPs, guidelines, and instructions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You must work swiftly with a high degree of accuracy, possess sound interpersonal skills, and effectively interact with others across all levels of the organization. Additionally, you will review current documents while incorporating feedback from project leaders and other subject matter experts (SMEs). Your responsibilities will also include navigating through the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and notifying project leaders or SMEs of workflow statuses and issues.
