The Opportunity: As a Digital/Technical Product Manager for Conversational AI, you will define, develop, and deliver AI-powered conversational experiences that serve our members. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to shape the product roadmap for intelligent virtual assistants and chatbot solutions.
Responsibilities include defining product strategy for conversational AI features, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, analyzing conversation data to improve AI performance, partnering with NLP/ML teams on model improvements, and driving adoption metrics across digital channels.
Salary range: $77,120 - $147,390/yr. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, PTO.
