About the role


Client Overview: Our client is a leading organization within the luxury sector, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence across wholesale channels.

Role Overview: The ERP Analyst will provide day-to-day reporting and analytical support to the wholesale organization by extracting, organizing, and interpreting data from the company’s ERP platform. This individual will build clear reports, dashboards, and summaries that help leadership assess business performance, identify issues, and make informed decisions.

Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Extract, compile, and analyze data from the ERP system to support wholesale business needs
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency across reporting files
  • Identify trends, gaps, discrepancies, and performance insights within large datasets
  • Translate raw data into clear, professional, easy-to-understand reporting materials
  • Maintain and update reporting tools, spreadsheets, and files to ensure reliable data access
  • Respond to ongoing business requests with timely and accurate analysis
  • Support reporting standardization and process improvement initiatives across wholesale operations
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align reporting outputs with business priorities
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day execution of wholesale operational support

Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with ERP systems is required
  • Experience with Stealth is strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas, formatting, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable business insights
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to present findings clearly and professionally to stakeholders
  • Professional demeanor and adaptability within a fast-paced environment

Salary & compensation


$62K–71K / year
