Key Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents and records
- Sort and process incoming paperwork and correspondence
- Perform light inventory tracking of office and operational supplies
- Create and update reports as requested by management
- Provide general administrative support to the corporate team
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping
- Cross-train in other office functions for career growth
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location business environment
