About the role


Position: Real Estate & Land Use Paralegal

Location: Warren, NJ (Hybrid)

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Land Use Paralegal to join its team in Warren, NJ. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys to support both real estate transactions and land use matters from intake through closing and approvals, ensuring efficient case management and strong coordination with clients, lenders, and municipal authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in real estate and land use matters
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, closings, and title review
  • Experience with land use and zoning matters, including permits, variances, and municipal filings is a plus
  • Experience drafting legal documents such as contracts, leases, closing documents, and zoning applications
  • Ability to manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $110,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
