  • Facilitate engaging training events (both in-person and virtual), foster learner participation and discussions, and adjust delivery methods based on participant feedback and real-time observations.
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, on-the-job performance checks, and adoption indicators; propose and implement enhancements to content and delivery methods as needed.
  • Collaborate with product owners, system administrators, and project teams to ensure training is aligned with system updates, agile releases, and deployment timelines.
  • Support change management initiatives by coordinating training schedules, communications, and readiness measures related to new systems or process introductions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or training and development.
  • Proven proficiency in instructional design methodologies and principles of adult learning.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training for technical systems or intricate business processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in federal or other highly regulated settings, including alignment of training with policy and compliance standards.
  • Experience collaborating closely with IT, systems administrators, or product teams to support frequent releases and system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with popular e-learning authoring tools and collaboration platforms for creating and delivering training content.
