Senior Supply Chain Analyst Main Accountabilities
- Crushing plant production data collecting and planning.
- Report planning and scheduling all activities within a PCO crushing plant production and operation.
- Ensures optimal efficiency, productivity, forecasting production, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor production output against plans, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Adjust schedules and plans in response to changes in demand, equipment availability, or unforeseen operational challenges.
- Collect, analysis, and reporting of data related to the company's import flows activities for Dry and Liquid commodities.
- Identify trends, highlight deviations, and support decision-making for optimizing import operations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on logistics performance metrics, Conversion Cost analyses, and improvement recommendations for Dry and Liquid goods management.
- Prepare report Pipeline/Position/Open book for Dry and liquid commodities.
- Analyze and forecast in/out shipment to optimize External Wharehouses capacity utilization and support strategic inventory management initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on partner performance, relationship status, and any identified risks or opportunities to senior management.
- Regularly monitor the performance of all external partners against agreed-upon KPIs and service level agreements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive transportation plans for both incoming bulk goods and outgoing goods, primarily via Rail and Road.
- Analyze Truck and Rails freight requirements and determine the most appropriate and cost-effective mode of transport for overview imp/exp shipment planning.
- Sourcing, negotiating, and managing Truck and TRain freight services to optimize costs, ensure reliable service, and support the company's supply chain objectives.
- Conduct in-depth comparisons and analyses of transportation rates, tariffs, and pricing structures across various carriers and modes of transport to identify optimal agreements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage quotation and or bid processes for all truck freight requirements.
- Prepare, review, and manage carrier contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce transportation costs while maintaining or improving service quality.

- Data Management or similar or other high-level professional institutes.
- At least two years of experience in similar positions.
