We are seeking a dependable and proactive Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team. Role Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper, you will manage a range of administrative and clerical tasks to keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining professionalism, managing communications and filing systems, and supporting visitors while handling data entry and office tasks with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word is required; experience with Teams and SharePoint is a plus. Strong organizational skills and a high school diploma are essential. Previous administrative experience and/or bookkeeping is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial support
- Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payment processes
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ACS or similar accounting/ERP systems
- Experience working with payment portals and vendor coordination
- Spanish is a plus
