Supply Chain Planning Manager
Pay Range: $47.54hr - $52.54hr
Responsibilities:
- Support supply chain operations through demand and production planning reports and tools.
- Act as a liaison between Product Line, Scheduling, and Packaging teams to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate capacity planning activities and lead monthly planning runs based on demand signals.
- Collaborate with product line management to ensure timely production aligned with safety stock requirements.
- Plan and implement packaging or product changes while minimizing inventory obsolescence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Packaging, Finance, Material Planning, and Scheduling.
- Utilize SAP/ERP and planning tools to manage supply chain processes and data.
- Lead tracking and analysis of packaging capacity and workload to support resource planning.
- Provide forward visibility to Packaging Management for headcount and operational planning.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to maintain target levels.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, strategic plans, and periodic financial updates for packaging operations.
- Present financial and operational data in forums such as Site Supply Review and Finance meetings.
- Coordinate closely with Filling Planners during monthly planning cycles.
- Collaborate with other sites (e.g., Toronto, Marcy, Val de Reuil) to ensure supply chain alignment.
Role-Specific Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly planning runs, assessing capacity and inventory levels.
- Prepare budget, strategic plans, and financial updates, and report as per defined schedules.
- Align with project teams to ensure capacity and production commitments are met.
- Develop and analyze supply scenarios, highlighting risks and impacts.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or production planning environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP and supply chain planning tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
