De’Longhi North America, our North American Regional HQ, consists of the US, Canada, and Mexico markets (a team of around 120 people). Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate and new employee experience.
  • Manage and lead communication with external recruitment agencies, including sourcing new relevant partnerships.

Payroll, Benefits, & HR Operations:

  • Maintain and manage the HR Information System (HRIS) and Payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports as needed.
  • Help develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Spearhead system implementations and optimization projects aimed at reducing manual administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and track all employee leaves of absence (FMLA, NJFLA, etc.) and accommodation requests, including the collection of all necessary medical certifications and documentation, and communicate approvals and timelines to employees and managers.
  • Assist with administering benefit programs, including managing open enrollment, reviewing market data, and ensuring compliance with all regulations in partnership with our benefit brokers.
  • Act as a back-up for payroll processing (US & Canada)
  • Additional Human Resources responsibilities as needed

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Coordinate and implement organization-wide employee engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Talent Development:

  • Assist with identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Promote and facilitate the use of learning and development tools.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, in a Generalist environment preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment
  • Solid understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Strong proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll systems, including data accuracy and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trust and serving as a point of contact for employees and managers across all departments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Google Suite

Compensation: $65,000-$80,000
