About the role


This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of senior Labor & Employee Relations Specialists by exercising technical and administrative supervision over employees assigned to the unit. The Division develops DoD-wide guidance and provides expert technical advisory services to all levels on all personnel labor & employee relations, recognition & awards, performance management, workplace violence and suitability.
