About the role


Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Answering phones, making food, cleaning store, handling oven, and side work at end of shift.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards while interacting with clients.
  • Answering phones, placing and editing orders.
  • Making food.
  • Handling oven, and boxing food.
  • Cleaning store with side work at end of shift before leaving.
  • Mostly night hours available (between 4pm and ~2:30am ending time).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer support environments is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent client services.

Pay: $9.00 - $12.50 per hour
