In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in designing, analyzing, and managing compensation programs that align with our talent, performance, and business strategies.

We seek a strong compensation professional who possesses extensive knowledge and practical experience in compensation principles and practices. You will work independently but will be an essential partner to HR, Finance, and business leaders, providing insights that shape compensation decisions, program designs, and market competitiveness.

You are:

  • A seasoned compensation expert with a thorough understanding of compensation programs.
  • A self-starter capable of applying sound judgment to complex issues.
  • A collaborative individual who can transform data into meaningful insights and be a reliable resource for your colleagues.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6+ years in compensation, rewards, HR analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of base pay, incentive compensation, job architecture, market pricing, and pay governance.
  • Experience utilizing compensation data and analytics to inform business strategies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HR systems and compensation tools.
  • Ability to convey complex compensation topics to diverse audiences.

You will:

  • Analyze and evaluate compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using established methodologies, offering data-driven recommendations.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for HR partners on compensation policies and pay decisions.
  • Address complex compensation issues with innovative solutions.
  • Lead or collaborate on cross-functional compensation projects affecting multiple business units.

Reporting Relationships:

In this role, you will report to the Compensation Business Partner Leader.

Location / Travel:

  • Hybrid role: 3 days in Stamford, CT; Hudson Yards, NYC; Holmdel, NJ, or Bethlehem, PA office. 2 days WFH.

Salary Range:

$82,770.00 - $135,975.00

This salary range is an estimate based on the primary location for the role. Actual salary will depend on education, experience, knowledge, and abilities. Additionally, this position may be eligible for annual or other incentive compensation.
