Your Typical Day:

In your role, you will support clients in making informed financial decisions while building lasting relationships. Working with Block Advisors as a Tax Specialist, you will engage with clients year-round, providing them with vital tax and business services. You'll receive comprehensive training to help you thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities include:

Build and maintain year-round relationships with clients
Provide tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services
Conduct thorough tax interviews using both face-to-face and virtual methods
Drive business growth, enhance client retention, and introduce additional products and services
Assist clients with IRS support and tax inquiries
Develop your tax expertise by participating in ongoing education
Ensure compliance with IRS and state requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent certification
Experience in preparing business tax returns
Experience with virtual tax consultations
Background in sales and marketing
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
