About the role

Job Title: Graphic Designer (T-Shirt and Logo Specialist)

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a specialization in T-shirt and Logo design for our print shop. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that resonate with our clients' needs and brand identities.

Responsibilities:

1. *T-Shirt Design:* Develop original and innovative T-shirt designs that cater to various themes, trends, and client specifications.
2. *Logo Design:* Create impactful and memorable logos that encapsulate the essence and identity of diverse businesses and organizations.
3. *Client Collaboration:* Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, offer creative insights, and translate their ideas into compelling visuals.
4. *Print Production Consideration:* Ensure designs are print-ready and optimized for various printing techniques, considering factors like color separation and print placement.
5. *Conceptualization and Ideation:* Generate new design concepts, sketches, and mock-ups that align with client briefs and industry standards.
6. *Software Proficiency:* Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) proficiently to create high-quality designs.
7. *Brand Consistency:* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure designs reflect the brand identity accurately.
8. *Quality Control:* Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications before final delivery.

Requirements:

1. *Experience:* Proven experience 1-3 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing T-shirt designs, logos, and print-related work.
2. *Creativity:* Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate original and innovative design concepts.
3. *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., with a deep understanding of print production requirements.
4. *Communication:* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, presenting and explaining design concepts.
5. *Attention to Detail:* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in designs for print production.

Preferred Qualifications:
