Location: West Ocean City, MD
Shift: Overnight (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Weekends and holidays required

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team and play a key role in both guest service and daily financial reporting.

Position Overview

As a Night Auditor, you’ll be responsible for managing the front desk overnight while completing end-of-day accounting tasks. This role blends customer service with attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and requests overnight
• Balance and reconcile daily hotel transactions and reports
• Run nightly audit procedures and ensure all systems are accurate
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Prepare reports for management and ensure a smooth transition to the morning team
• Monitor property safety and security during overnight hours

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with Opera PMS strongly preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized overnight
• Comfortable handling guest interactions and problem-solving
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
