Job Description
We are recruiting for a Senior Market Research Analyst to join LifePoint Health in St. Louis, MO!

This position is part of the LPNT/KRS Market Research Department. As part of this team, the Senior Analyst will develop reports and data tools to support rehabilitation services operations, clinical enhancements, and business development. In addition to the technical expertise requirements, this position will be expected to contribute to problem solving and the success of both the team and division. Experience interacting with health care professionals and relating data and analytics to health care practice and delivery is required.

The Senior Analyst is an expert at finding patterns in data and telling stories through original visualizations. The Analyst enjoys collaborative development, brainstorming, and creating innovative data reporting solutions to improve value in healthcare. The Analyst is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and intellectually curious.

The Senior Analyst is committed to continual learning for expansion of rehabilitation services, operational efficiency, and patient care experience improvement. Continual learning about healthcare industry initiatives will provide valuable perspectives and estimates of impacts on consumers, providers, operations, quality, and business developments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree marketing, finance, business, computer science, information management.
Master's degree preferred (MHA, MPH) and/or clinical experience welcome
1-3 years related research experience
Healthcare experience, academic, corporate or clinical a plus.
Experience analyzing commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid claims, a plus
Experience writing and presenting data summaries to diverse audiences
