Accountabilities

  • Conduct performance and learner analysis; define measurable goals using Backwards Design and Action Mapping principles.
  • Develop eLearning materials, certification content, and visually appealing presentations to simplify complex information.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create clear learning assets and performance support tools.
  • Measure the effectiveness of programs using learner data and evaluation models; iterate based on insights.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience designing instructional solutions in a corporate environment.
  • Expertise in outcome-based design methodologies and ability to write measurable learning goals.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint for creating clear and engaging content.
  • Experience with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or similar platforms.
  • Practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance content development and efficiency.
  • Strong writing skills to convert complex ideas into clear learning content.
