Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Entry-Level Customer Service Representative role, located in Eden, NC. The responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving overall customer experience. Employees will assist in resolving concerns, answering questions, and delivering a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and providing satisfactory resolutions
  • Experience in ensuring high Customer Satisfaction and optimizing Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus
