About the role


We’re looking for an Office Manager who can keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear a lot of hats, including but not limited to: payroll, scheduling, reports, and customer service, among other responsibilities. If you like variety in your day and enjoy keeping things organized, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing

  • Running payroll and keeping employee records up to date
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating jobs for the crews
  • Pulling together sales reports for management
  • Answering phones, responding to emails, and helping customers with questions
  • Assisting with social media content and occasional posts
  • Handling accounts receivable and payable
  • Managing office mail and general admin tasks
  • Working with the Fleet Coordinator to make sure vehicles are maintained, registered, and ready to go

What we’re looking for

  • Previous office management or administrative experience
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and general office software
  • Good with numbers (basic bookkeeping, AR/AP, payroll)
  • A clear communicator who can work well with both customers and the team
  • Someone dependable who can take ownership of tasks and follow through
