Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and performing night audit duties to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations and ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls using proper phone etiquette, addressing inquiries regarding hotel services, rates, and availability.
  • Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to provide a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Assist guests with any issues or concerns during their stay, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and handling multi-line calls effectively.
  • Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred but not required.
