About the role
Job Summary
Paralegal / Real Estate Contracts Specialist
We’re hiring a detail-oriented paralegal or contracts professional with real estate experience to support active transactions and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
Draft and review real estate contracts & agreements (leases, purchase agreements, amendments)
Draft and manage contractor / vendor agreements (engineers, surveyors, attorneys, consultants)
Assist with title review and deal documentation
Coordinate with attorneys, brokers, title companies, and subcontractors
Track key dates, contingencies, and deliverables across multiple deals
Requirements
Experience with real estate contracts and/or vendor agreements
Highly organized, responsive, and detail-focused
Able to manage multiple deals and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Plus
Exposure to land use / zoning / development
Experience working with engineers, surveyors, or legal consultants
