Customer Service Representative

Reit Lubricants Company, an Oil Distributor servicing PA, NJ, DE and MD, is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. The candidate will perform Customer Service responsibilities reporting directly to the Office Manager. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Manage incoming telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills. Respond quickly to all requests, problems or complaints.*
• Work with sales staff to understand our customer product/service specifications for sales orders and pricing requests.**
• Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company.**
• Enter orders with extreme accuracy and attention to detail and present them to the warehouse promptly**
• Clerical duties which include: faxing, typing filing and copying*

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)*
• Experience working in an office environment.**
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications**
• Extremely energetic, capable and reliable*
