Overview

A hands-on HR role supporting day-to-day people operations within a fast-paced, operational environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing HR administration, employee relations, and compliance while working closely with frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver onboarding and HR-related training sessions
  • Act as a go-to for employees on HR policies, benefits, and processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and HR systems
  • Support recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle activities
  • Assist with HR programs and initiatives (local and company-wide)
  • Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting
  • Support employee relations processes, including investigations where required

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. hospitality, manufacturing, aviation, food services)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid Excel / MS Office skills
