Overview

TAG Consulting is seeking a skilled and organized Bilingual Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our legal team. This full-time, in-office position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys managing a busy caseload of workers’ compensation files from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, and possess strong communication skills, with fluency in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in managing a substantial caseload of workers’ compensation cases from initial intake through resolution
• Handle all aspects of case management, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence
• Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, insurance carriers, and other parties involved
• Maintain accurate case records and support the legal team throughout the litigation process

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior workers compensation experience
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
