- Coordinating with management to determine and cater to training needs that contribute to improved performance
- Upholds compliance with all labor laws, policies, and protocols in place
- Endorses the advancement of credit and loyalty services
- is actively involved in aiding store shrink reduction goals and initiatives
- Propagates the education on safety awareness and the maintenance of a safe environment
- Assignments outside of normal scope
Qualifications of Customer Service Representative:
- Adaptable to working non-standard hours, like weekends and evenings
- Sound knowledge of merchandising methods and strategies
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills and organizational acumen while demonstrating precision in tasks
- Competent in appropriately adjusting to changes in trajectory or unexpected scenarios
- Adept at teamwork, successfully engaging with peers and superiors
- Skilled in instructing and coaching individuals
- Experience in retail for 12 months with an additional 6 months in a leadership position
