About the role
A company is looking for a Senior Credit Review Officer I to join its Credit Risk Review team. Key Responsibilities Conduct independent reviews of complex commercial loan relationships and assess credit quality Analyze financial conditions of borrowers to determine loan repayment prospects and ongoing monitoring requirements Lead training sessions and mentor junior staff on credit review processes and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent 7+ years of experience in Loan Review, Commercial Lending, or Credit Administration Subject matter expert in evaluating risks in various lending types Ability to lead complex projects and work collaboratively with teams Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with nCino and/or Credit360 is a plus
