Position Overview

The Senior Digital Designer will play a critical role in shaping and executing WGACA’s digital visual presence across eCommerce and marketing channels. This individual will sit at the intersection of brand, user experience, and performance marketing—translating creative direction into intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences.

Reporting to the Creative Director and partnering closely with Marketing and eCommerce leadership, this role is responsible for designing high-impact digital assets that elevate brand perception while driving measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate possesses refined aesthetic judgment, deep knowledge of luxury and fashion culture, and a sophisticated understanding of UX/UI best practices. They balance artistry with strategy, ensuring that every design decision supports engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce UX/UI Design

  • Design and optimize the full customer journey across the online store, including homepage, PDPs, collection pages, cart, and checkout.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and site enhancements.
  • Partner with eCommerce and development teams to ensure seamless, responsive implementation across desktop and mobile.
  • Leverage performance data and A/B testing insights to continuously improve usability and conversion rates.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity, accessibility, and user experience standards.

Digital Marketing Design

  • Concept and design email campaigns and templates aligned with lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling digital advertising assets for paid social, display, and search channels (static, animated, and short-form video).
  • Design digital and print collateral including lookbooks, wholesale presentations, and branded decks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, copy, and performance teams to ensure all creative is on-brand and strategically aligned.

Brand Stewardship & Creative Excellence

  • Execute and help evolve WGACA’s digital visual language.
  • Ensure all assets reflect the sophistication and elevated aesthetic of a luxury brand.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Translate creative testing results into refined design solutions that improve performance without compromising brand integrity.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital design, UX/UI, or marketing design, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating eCommerce UX/UI work and performance-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of responsive, mobile-first design principles.
  • Experience working with performance data and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong visual storytelling ability and advanced typography skills.
  • Ability to balance brand elevation with commercial objectives.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Motion design capabilities are a plus.

Salary & compensation


$90K–110K / year
