Receptionist/Legal Assistant

Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP is seeking a receptionist/legal assistant for its downtown NYC office. This individual should be professional, detail-oriented and have experience as a receptionist and/or legal secretary. Duties include, but are not limited to, handling a multi-line phone system (accurately taking messages and transferring calls), greeting visitors, receiving/distributing mail and other tasks as assigned, calendaring deadlines, filing, copying, scanning, sending mail, keeping document logs for cases, and ordering supplies.
