Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Apex, NC for a Lateral Equity Partner at WZ Law Group. The Lateral Equity Partner will lead and manage real estate and business transaction cases while exemplifying the firm's values of integrity, client service, and collaboration. Responsibilities include advising clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating terms, managing complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the firm's growth and success will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate or Business Transactions or Complementary Practice such as Trusts & Estates
  • Thinks and acts like an owner in all you do
  • Mid-level to senior lawyer with a desire to own your own future
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Commitment to client service, integrity, and collaborative work
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina with good standing
